About the job
As Customer Success Manager at Satelligence, you are a critical partner to the world’s leading commodity traders and FMCG companies. You don’t just manage accounts; you navigate the intricacies of complex corporate organizations, building high-impact relationships at every level. Armed with a deep understanding of agri-commodity supply chains and evolving reporting requirements, you define the long-term strategic roadmap for your clients. While remaining deeply embedded in the execution—owning the implementation and daily engagement necessary to turn sustainability goals into verified, measurable reality.
What you will do
Account Leadership & Delivery: You will navigate the intricacies of complex corporate organizations to build multi-level relationships, acting as a strategic partner to major traders and FMCG brands. You’ll own the end-to-end delivery of success plans, ensuring global accounts integrate our data and tools into their daily operations.
Account Expansion & Growth: Beyond maintaining satisfaction, you will identify and foster growth opportunities by aligning our evolving features with your clients' changing sustainability requirements. You’ll manage churn risk proactively and turn successful partnerships into advocacy through case studies and industry leadership.
Drive product mastery & adoption: You’ll ensure our data and tools are deeply embedded in your clients' workflows. By staying ahead of sustainability reporting requirements and supply chain trends, you’ll lead business reviews and training sessions that bridge the gap between complex data and real-world compliance.
Bridge Clients & Product: As the "voice of the customer," you will translate on-the-ground client feedback into actionable insights for our product team. You’ll collaborate internally to prioritize cross-cutting requests, ensuring our product roadmap continues to solve the most pressing challenges in sustainability monitoring and reporting.
About you
You have a proven track record of managing global accounts and delivering clear ROI within complex, multi-layered corporate structures. You know how to build consensus and drive results across diverse departments.
You are experienced in driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR). You don’t just manage accounts; you identify high-impact growth opportunities and strategic expansions that benefit both the client and the business.
You possess deep knowledge of sustainability monitoring and the evolving regulatory landscape affecting traders, manufacturers, and financial institutions.
You are adept at bridging silos, unifying Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to resolve customer friction, accelerate product adoption, and ensure a seamless service delivery.
Adept at synthesizing customer feedback and market trends into actionable insights for product development and sales strategy.
You can synthesize complex customer feedback and market trends into actionable insights for product development. As a self-starter, you naturally identify commercial gaps and take the initiative to implement scalable solutions.
