Freelance Graphic Designer

About the job

You will play an important role in shaping and executing the visual language of our brand. You will support the marketing team by creating high-quality, on-brand materials across a wide range of formats — from bespoke design projects to day-to-day ad-hoc requests.

As the second design resource in the team, you’ll help keep design moving across multiple initiatives, ensuring quality, consistency, and speed. We’re looking for someone with a go-get mentality who can jump in quickly, take ownership of deliverables, and deliver strong design output in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

• Develop creative concepts through brainstorming, research, and translating ideas into visual designs

• Maintain brand consistency from concept through to print-ready or production-ready output

• Support brand coherence across online platforms in collaboration with UX/UI designers

• Communicate ideas, progress, and deliverables clearly with stakeholders

• Design a variety of print and online materials, including:
  Website and campaign visuals, Brand assets (posters, presentation decks, merch, one-pagers), Event materials (e.g. roll-up banners, slide decks), Templates (e.g. social media, branded documents)

About you

We’re looking for someone with a background in Graphic Design (or something similar) and at least 4 years of hands-on experience, whether that’s in an agency, studio, or in-house team. You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects at once, working fast without losing attention to detail, and you care about delivering pixel-perfect, well-crafted design.

You can work independently, but you also enjoy collaborating with different teams and stakeholders. You’ve got a strong eye for typography, layout, and visual balance, and you’re confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma — bonus points if you’ve worked with motion and animation too.
