Full Stack Developer

About the job

As Full Stack Developer at Satelligence, you will work in a small team with three other full-stack developers and work closely in a product team with designers and product managers. We run a tight ship with 2-week sprints, a well organized codebase and peer reviews. The codebase is written in Typescript using Svelte on Google Firebase and Mapbox. This role will report into the Head of App.

What will you do?

You will work on our Sustainable Sourcing Platform for large corporations to become deforestation free, carbon positive and compliant with sustainability regulation. You provide feedback on product prototypes, actively participate in sprint plannings and code reviews, layout implementation plans with the other developers in the team and implement the code changes in the codebase.

About you

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer:

● We are looking for either a Developer with experience in growing codebases in a tight knit team or a Junior Developer with coding skills.

● You are familiar with Typescript

● You are familiar with modern JS frameworks (Svelte or others)

● You have experience and enjoy working in a team with a sprint cycle or similar

● You prefer a well organized codebase over getting your pull requests merged fast

● Nice to have: You have experience with serverless technologies (AWS, Firebase, GCP or other)

● Nice to have: You worked with PostGIS before or bring other experience with geospatial data
